10. Prohibition on hunting the wildlife or birds and destroying the  eggs, nests or hives of birds or insects : Except in condition of  obtaining a permission as pursuant to the Act, no person without the written permission of the warden shall be allowed to hunt chase or frighten any wildlife or birds or to kill, catch or injure any wildlife, birds
or insects or to remove, destroy or disturb the eggs, nests or hives of any birds or insects or to collect any insects, fishes or natural products, in  other situations.
